Andrew, a native of Raynham, Massachusetts, emerged as a standout athlete at Bridgewater Raynham Regional High School, where he notably steered his team to a 2013 Division 1 State Championship Tournament victory and secured two consecutive appearances in the Super 8 Tournaments in 2014 and 2015. Garnering recognition on a national scale, he held the distinguished rank of #156 among players nationwide and clinched the top spot as Massachusetts' #1 player in the 2015 class.

His exceptional high school career paved the way for a notable entry into the professional realm when, as a senior, Andrew was drafted by the Boston Red Sox. Over the subsequent three seasons in the Red Sox organization, primarily as a minor league catcher, he showcased his skills on the field, also making notable contributions to the Ogden Raptors and Missoula Paddleheads of the Pioneer League.

With a comprehensive understanding of every facet of the game, Andrew's versatility extends to the pitcher's mound, where he once wielded a fastball reaching speeds of up to 94 mph during his high school tenure. Having been immersed in the company of some of the world's top baseball players, he possesses invaluable insights into the requirements of playing the game at a high level.
