Jason Turner - Milton High School: Assistant hockey coach, MDB Knights Coach
Jason, a Milton native, graduated from Milton High School in 2015. Jason continued on to play Division II College Baseball at Saint Anselm College. During that time, he spent a summer catching bullpens for the Chatham Anglers.
Jason has always been involved in strength and conditioning for athletes of all ages, and is in the process of completing his CSCS. His approach combines scientific knowledge with practical application to help individuals achieve their goals. This approach not only emphasizes physical strength but also mental resilience and overall well-being. His training programs are tailored to meet individual needs, incorporating a variety of techniques including weightlifting, functional training, and mobility exercises.
Jason has started a LLC called JT3 Fitness and will be taking over the strength and conditioning program at the MDB Facility. The program will include strength, power, agility, plyometric training, and speed. This is an excellent way to prepare for the upcoming sports seasons.
